By downloading or using Tovi Score, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

1. About the Service

Tovi Score ("Tovi", "the app", "we", "us") is an iOS application that uses artificial intelligence to analyse photos of social media profiles, outfits, and living spaces and generates a score from 0 to 100, along with sub-scores, personality labels, improvement tips, and shareable score cards.

Scores are generated by AI and are for entertainment and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional styling advice, psychological assessment, or any other form of professional opinion. Don't make important life decisions based solely on a Tovi score.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tovi Score. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.

3. Accounts

You can use Tovi Score as a guest (one score without an account) or create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account without their permission.

4. Free vs Pro

• Free tier: 3 scores per month for signed-in users. 1 score for guest users. Score history is accessible to all signed-in users at no cost.
• Pro tier: Unlimited scores, full sub-scores, unwatermarked share cards, improvement tips, and potential score. Available via monthly (£2.49/month) or annual (£14.99/year) subscription.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Tovi Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, billed through your Apple ID via the App Store. Key terms:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at the time of purchase confirmation.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can cancel at any time via Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
• Pricing may change in the future. We will notify you before any price changes take effect.

6. Acceptable Use

By using Tovi Score, you agree not to:

• Upload photos containing illegal content, nudity, violence, hate imagery, or content that depicts harm to any person
• Upload photos of other people without their consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Use automated tools to interact with the app or its API
• Misrepresent scores or use them to harass, bully, or demean others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Your Content & Intellectual Property

Photos you upload remain your property. By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited, temporary licence to process that photo for the purpose of generating your score. This licence ends when the photo is deleted (immediately after scoring).

Generated score cards, the Tovi application, AI scoring models, the Tovi mascot character and all associated branding, and all app design elements are our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tovi Score is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be available at all times or error-free
• Scores will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose
• The AI analysis will reflect professional or expert opinion

Use of the app is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or emotional distress caused by a low score.

Our total liability to you in respect of any matter arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for a Pro subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Tovi Score at any time. If we make significant changes to how the service works, we will notify you in-app. We are not liable to you for changes to or discontinuation of the service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Tovi Score shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
